Did you know that student debt today is the fastest-growing debt in the US, the total debt is $1.6 trillion and 25% of those in debt are in default!  I understand this as this tuition debt affected me personally and was devastating! But I am happy to say that today, I am completely debt-free, but it wasn’t easy and didn’t come without pain.

Companies that are still actively hiring and need to adhere to the social distancing rule have chosen to move to the full remote interview process.  Most pre-screen interviews have been done remotely, usually, phone interviews where Recruiters or Hiring Managers can pre-screen candidates but now even final interviews are having to be held remotely to respect the social distancing and quarantines.  This means most need to get very familiar with Zoom and GoTo type online meetings since most will be via these apps.

Bali!

Bali is not what I expected it to be!  What an eye-opening adventure.  I love traveling out of the country and seeing that there is more to life than the US.  Simple things like the Rupia (omg, is this currency confusing too, 100,000 rupia is $10-what the heck!) or Euro and not just the American dollar.
